And YOU- means EVERY CLCGB Member and Volunteer

Did you realise that over the last 4 months CLCGB Headquarters has successfully sourced numerous grants for benefit of all at CLCGB?

So see below and see where YOU! can make use of these brilliant grants.

1. “Awards for All” Lottery Grants for Manchester and Durham Regiments to support new Leadership Training Programmes. These grants include travel so YOU! do not have to worry about the cost of the course or getting there.
2. Grants towards a new Level 1 National Sports Leadership Award. NO cost to YOU!
3. The purchase of 6 new laptops to be used on training days and camps. A brand new grant just received. These laptops held at Headquarters are to enable those of you doing Leadership, Sports Leadership and Duke of Edinburgh’s Award to complete the online forms so you can get your awards and certificates more quickly.

All of the above helps YOU! Members and Volunteers to gain valuable additional National Qualifications to boost your CV and UCAS Form. These are opportunities not to be missed!

Some other successful grants:

1. St Ambrose Leyland, by working with Headquarters received a substantial grant towards new equipment and uniforms.
2. Summer Camps: Headquarters have received a number of small grants to help pay subsidies towards weekends and summer camps. Speak directly to Audrey if you would like some help and/or a bursary.
3. For Durham Regiment Grants to help volunteers gain a D1 Mini-Bus Drivers Qualification.

That’s just what’s been happening since February plus there are a number of other grants. 

SO National Headquarters is WORKING FOR EVERYONE WHICH MEANS YOU!
