Manchester Regiment are inviting young Brigade leaders between 16 and 25 the opportunity for self development and a chance to form a lasting bond with other similar minded young leaders.

We initially want your views on what such a programme would include and our initial thoughts, to try to include as many people as possible, is that the 12 months activities will include: training, and guided learning, sporting activities and fun/social activities.

The end product will be that you will receive your Certificate of Leadership and will be able to undertake a much more involved role in Company and maybe, formation activities.
