Complaints/Grievance Procedures

The CLCGB operates an escalation process for any of our leaders, members, or parents who may have issues locally. Our aim is to deal with all issues locally and immediately with a satisfactory outcome. However, if your query or complaint hasn't been addressed properly there is an escalation route as below.

Who is the issue about?    Escalate to  
Company issue Company Commander  
Company Commander Battalion  
Battalion Regiment  
Regiment National Headquarters  
NHQ Staff Chief Executive  
Chief Executive Brigade Council or Staff and Finance  

If there is a safeguarding issue this needs to be escalated to the Safeguarding Officer within the company, and also informing the National Safeguarding Officer of the situation.
