We have had a couple of queries into the mailbox over the past two weeks, where information isn't saving to the BMS!
This is due to mandatory fields not been completed. An error message will appear at the required fields shown in the example below:
You will need to input this data before the record is saved. Once you have all the mandatory fields and data in and click on Save you should see the following message <<<Record Updated>>> or <<<Record Added>>> underneath the Child, Edit record/ Child, Add record as shown below:
