From January 2014 all companies will be required to use the new online secure Brigade Membership System (BMS).  This system has been developed for the CLCGB and will be used to ensure all leaders and children are covered on the insurance, to be used as part of the annual returns, and to provide statistics throughout the UK.

NHQ will be designing guidance and sending out a username and password to each Commading Officer over the coming weeks.  The CO or delegated leader will then be required to check the data to ensure we have the most upto date leaders and children on the system as this will form part of the annual returns due at the end of January 2014.
